We are excited to announce that our Gluten Free Bread Bakery 4U will be opening its doors in January 2025. This decision was made after careful consideration of the current economic climate, as inflation has been significantly impacting the cost of goods and shipping, making it unsustainable for us to operate at this time. It’s our hope that next year will bring a prosperous new year for all under new presidential leadership in the US.

To order breads, scroll to the bottom of this page. The gluten free bread orders will need to be in by Wednesday at 9am EST for the following week's Monday shipment. This will allow the sourdough to be developed for baking your breads. Mail orders available throughout the US. Later, we will create more options, as we set our feet on the ground. What makes our breads unique? The high level of nutrient dense rich flours that contain no preservatives, or additives of any kind. All the ingredients are 100% gluten free. Some of the breads contain a sourdough culture (Levain) to enrich the flavor profile and nutrition, and contain a mixture of high quality proteins. The bakery is licensed to do business in US territory, and I am a ServeSafe Manager level 2. The kitchen is 100% gluten free. Please consider that most of our breads are about 2 lb. or over 1.5 Lb.

I created this bakery because it's hard to find delicious nutrient dense breads for my family. Nutrient dense food is the core of optimal health and without nutrient dense foods, disease settles in the body.


HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BREAD:

  • The bread has no preservatives, and is best to slice the bread and place it back in the plastic bag and freeze it. Then you can toast the slices of bread as needed and make sandwiches or enjoy the toast with butter and jam.

  • If you are serving the whole loaf of bread for a one time meal, then is best tolightly spray with mist of water and wrap the loaf in foil. Place the loaf in a pre-heated oven at 350 F, for 8-10 minutes. Just before serving remove the bread from the foil wrap and enjoy.

  • To cut the bread we use a serrated bread knife, it has a long and thin blade.
