  • Nutrition counseling:  Our Nutrition dietetic technician and health coach can help you understand the nutritional value of different foods and make informed choices about your diet. We can also work with you to develop individualized nutrition plans that meet your specific needs.

  • Behavioral modification: We can help you change your eating habits by addressing the underlying factors that may be contributing to unhealthy eating behaviors. In addition, we will teach you to identify and manage triggers, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and create a sustainable plan for change.

About the meeting:

One-on-one virtual, phone or physically present coaching. Phone and virtual appointments allow you to work from the privacy of your home or office space. No need for childcare or driving to meet me.

Payment methods:

All major credit cards accepted.

Your credit card will be billed the first of every month.

How long will it take to achieve results?

Achieving the results mention depends on your body's health status, and it can take 6 months to 2 years, to achieve total wellness.
