These services are not available under this business. Medical Nutrition Therapy is used to treat conditions such as diabetes, renal dialysis, and cardiac patients. Why not desserts?

My first book and a labor of love that took me almost 2 years to write, test recipes, work with editors, photographer, and publisher. It has recipes to please most palates and diets, but you can adapt recipes to make them your own. Available at Amazon in a print and digital form.

Note: recipes include regular wheat, gluten free, egg free, vegan, and SCD.


My Approach

My approach is client-driven to help them transform their body. Instead of getting a one-size-fits-all meal plan based on a generic approach or one fad diet, I create customized plans for my clients based on their individual lifestyle behaviors, health condition and is based on bio-individuality.
