Earthing
Several years ago, I hurt one of the tendons in my right ankle and was told by my MD that I had to wear a medical boot to stabilize the ankle. I could not put any weight or walk on my ankle due to the pain. I was told it would take about 6 weeks to heal the strain, but at 6 weeks, I was still in the same situation with pain. Someone suggested I do “earthing.” Earthing completely heal my ankle in 2 weeks.
Earthing is very simple! All I do is put my bare feet or body on the ground and walk in nature. I do this to ground my body to the earth frequency and electrons enter my body. Homes and buildings have a grounding wire that is connected to Mother Earth. This whole idea of “earthing” originated from the Native American Indians; Native American Indians believe that shoes make people sick because it prevents connecting to mother earth. Lots of research has been done in electrical fields and grounding and is easy to find the information in scholar search engines.
